AIWA-SF Thrive: Rita Hovakimian

THRIVE is an AIWA-SF April project dedicated to highlighting Armenians who are doing amazing things in their personal and professional lives to better themselves and those around them.  These individuals are inspiring, dynamic, innovative and interesting. Today we feature Rita Hovakimian.

Rita Hovakimian, creator and owner of Inspiring Success, is a Business Coach and Prosperity Mentor, who has helped thousands of entrepreneurs identify and achieve their professional goals for more than 24 years. She understands the fact that the path to success involves our relationship with money, and how we charge for our services correlates with our self-worth. Deeply-entrenched limiting beliefs often play a role in our level of success, thus much of Rita’s work centers around identifying those beliefs and using proven methods to “install” more empowering ones. She also helps small business owners and teams to co-create an inclusive and inspiring work culture.

At Inspiring Success, Rita helps business owners identify what’s holding them back from achieving the level of prosperity and growth they desire. Even successful entrepreneurs making 6-7 figures hit plateaus and need guidance in getting to the next level. The result of this work is greater clarity of purpose, freedom and inspired action toward achieving more success than you ever imagined possible.
Spirituality is paramount for Rita. Her business is designed around the philosophy of melding proven business practices with universal spiritual laws. She is passionate about helping her clients step into living the miraculous in their business results and in all areas of their lives.
Rita is focused and passionate about making an impact in her community and all those around her, through empowering their visions and supporting them to take effective action to realize those visions, including building prosperous and meaningful organizations and lives that make a significant difference in the world. She discovered AIWA SF more than 10 years ago when she was invited to participate in the development of the “Women Entrepreneurial Program” (WEP) in Armenia. She coached a few women entrepreneurs in Armenia and helped them to develop and begin to implement their business plans.
As an Armenian women, nothing made Rita more happy than to support these women to grow their companies and be a success in Armenia!
Rita is proud to recognize that her success comes from standing on the shoulders of her parents who demonstrated courage, tenacity and a powerful work ethic in coming to the United States and building their own vision here in San Francisco.
