THRIVE is an AIWA-SF April project dedicated to highlighting Armenians who are doing amazing things in their personal and professional lives to better themselves and those around them. These individuals are inspiring, dynamic, innovative and interesting. Today, we feature Raffy Khorozian.
Raffy Khorozian is the Senior Manager of Global Corporate Executive Security for Genentech, Inc. Raffy is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and is a Board Member of American Alternative Court Services. Raffy’s passion and specialization for world music enables him to successfully launch and operate his DJ (DJ Raffy) business which has been operating now for over 20 years.
What is your life philosophy: Embrace. Conform. Grow.
What is your hove for the future? Tolerance.
What is your favorite thing about being Armenian? Food.
How has the Armenian culture shaped / influenced you? Allowed me to have a self-identity and respect other cultures.
