Healthy Lifestyle & Body Image
The importance of living a healthy life should not be minimized.
For Armenians, the kitchen is the heart of the home; we take pride in the dishes we make with our heart and soul—unconditional love to feed our families. However too often we make poor dietary choices.
How often do we say, or do we hear our children, family and friends say:
- “I’m too _____”
- “I need to lose ____ pounds”
- “I’ve put on weight”
- “I wish ____”
It is important that we love ourselves. Having healthy body image is critical to your mental, emotional and physical health.
Healthy Lifestyle & Body Image is the topic of our upcoming workshop. Join us as we explore how to live life with a healthy diet and positive body image.
